Polar is a family-owned plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company serving Madison and St. Clair County, IL. Owner Jarod Burdess is a Ranken Technical College graduate with vast experience in the HVAC/R field and is dedicated to providing high-quality service.

Helping our community is one of our top motivations. As a family, we remain highly active in the community, including involvement in Heights Community, Children’s Hospital, First Maryville Baptist, and Madison County Animal Rescue.

There is no greater feeling than that of restoring comfort in a family’s home. As your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning provider, we will strive to serve your family with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Jarod

Owner

Jarod is a Ranken Technical College graduate with vast experience in the HVAC/R field, dating back to his first job at the age of 16. If you get to know him, you will find out quickly that the grass never grows under his feet; he is always moving. As a family business, Jarod’s wife, Samantha, works in the Polar office, and you may catch her on the phone if you call in! Residing in Collinsville, Jarod and his family are members of Heights Community and enjoy getting to know the community they live in through HVAC & Plumbing services.

Fun Facts:
Jarod is a big sports fan, especially football! According to his co-workers, Jarod has quite an arsenal of catch phrases.

Corey

Head of Plumbing Division

Corey, head of our plumbing division, is an Illinois-licensed plumber with years of experience in the plumbing field. For any of the situations that may arise, he is your guy. Corey and his family reside in Collinsville, in a home Corey built himself! He and his family of four are also standing members of First Baptist Maryville. As a 3rd generation Kahok, Corey finds great joy in serving the community he grew up in.

Fun Facts:
Whether it is a good or bad day, you might catch Corey at Carisilos enjoying a mango margarita. Corey was also a minor league umpire before his plumbing days.
