Plumber:
Your responsibility will be to perform full-service plumbing in both residential and commercial applications. More specifically, this position will also require installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems. The ideal applicant will have strong problem-solving skills, be customer-service oriented, and comply with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. In addition, this role requires communication with both customers and management on job details and information.
Required Qualifications:
- Insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
- Mechanical background is preferred

HVAC Service Technician:
Your responsibility will be performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. This position will require installation of new HVAC systems and components as needed. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of tools and supplies on your service vehicle and completing service reports and job records accurately.

Client Care Specialist:
As our Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their service needs, scheduling appointments, and offering solutions that best fit their needs. This position will require handling of incoming calls, texts, and emails to conduct customer intake. In addition, this position will require working close with the service and sales teams to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth service. As a Client Care Specialist, duties will also include tracking job metrics, obtaining permits, and maintaining customer records.
