Anyone that I have had out to my house have been amazing I have had Kyle a few different times and he has been amazing and supper friendly everyone!! It took a couple of weeks just due to rain … and more rain … but the digging, trenching, installing and concreting a first-time sump pump in this old house was completed today. Overall, it all turned out well. Thanks Sydney, Corey and Nick. 😊

Very professional and explained everything so that I understand what needs to be done.

Zach was very knowledgeable, dedicated and hard worker. He was so efficient in finding the issue quickly with the sump pump. It didn't take him no time to take out old one and replace with a new sump pump. I appreciated his politeness and helpfulness explaining the Polar Air plans they have for my entire furnace, a/c and all plumbing needs. I hope he will come back again when something needs serviced.

We were able to get an appointment right away and get a hot water heater installed. The technician showed up in the window time and called before arriving. We had hot water in no time.

Cannot thank Polar enough!! Needed emergency sump pump repair and the technician rushed out here, removed and replaced the pump and was up and running within the hour. Absolutely recommend!! Thank you Polar!

We had a sump pump issue, of course, in the middle of a rainstorm. Luckily, a friend suggested that I call Polar Plumbing. The representative immediately found a tech who would be available within a short period of time. I tried to soak up as much water as I could while I waited. The tech, Zak, arrived even sooner than anticipated. He switched out the sump pump and told us about their ongoing protection plan. We are very pleased. Two thumbs up for Polar Plumbing.

Our 2nd time using Polar but not our last. Incredible service. I signed us up for their maintenence plan and today they came to flush out the water heater. Come to find out our 8 year old heater needed repairs. Zack provided options and we chose a new one, which he went and got for us! Their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed and pleased with Corey and the team! They clearly have a passion for thr work they do, and immediately were able to detect and repair all plumbing issues. Zach and Gage did an amazing job running the gas line from my new meter to the pool heater. They did a great job getting it attached to the siding so it is not only functional but looks nice. They even finished in enough time to fix my shower leak. Double Bonus

I had a little bit of flooding in my basement, called and they were able to come that next morning. Zach was great and was able to fix the problem in the same day. Definitely recommend!!

They were very informative every step of the way and did a fantastic job! We had to have the entire sewer line replaced. They even went the extra mile while I mentioned it in jest, they remembered and after the job was done they knocked on the door and said which bushes were you talking about? They plucked out the evil Holly bushes from my front landscaping before they left!

Again Polar saved the day and the bank account! I can’t recommend Jarod and all of the guys at Polar enough. From plumbing issues to boiler issues and converting our broiler over to a gas furnace. This company is absolutely a blessing to this community. I fully trust everyone that works at Polar from customer service representatives to owners and staff. Had my ejector pump replaced. Quick turnaround and great communication. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My furnace started over heating and short cycling. Got to the point where it wasn’t keeping up and was on the verge of no heat at 8pm during a cold snap and a winter storm going on that night and into the next day. When it rains, it pours. I called their 24 hr number and got connected to a tech on call. Techs name was Jarod. Super nice and helpful guy. After identifying the make/ model of the furnace he started down the rabbit hole of usual problems. I had changed the filter 2 weeks ago, so didn’t suspect that. He asked me when the last time the unit had had maintenance done to it. I had just bought the house not long ago, so I wasn’t sure. I’m handy enough, so he face timed me and he walked me through what they normally do for maintenance. I did all of that stuff and I pulled the filter as he mentioned and sure enough, it was clogged up with a white power dust. Turned out to be from my humidifier running in the house. He said they will clog up a filter in days. I texted him back and told him what he said worked, and I said I’d have him still come out to check it out and do whatever other maintenance they do to it. He told me I was probably ok as what he told me is mostly what they do anyways. I cancelled my appointment. This company is top notch and could have easily taken me for a ride. I’ll use this company in the future without hesitation. I’d recommend them and Jarod to anyone needing honest hvac work. TLDR: stop reading reviews and call this company. Tech Jarod is awesome!

Kyle was right on time and provided excellent service. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and did a thorough check on our furnace. Kyle was polite and friendly and was a joy to talk to. Would definitely use him again.

Our furnace stopped working in the afternoon. The temperature was in the 20's and the forecast was for overnight lows in the low teens. I called Polar Air at 3:11 pm. They had someone available and the service rep (Kyle) was at our house by 3:30. We live close to their shop, so I'm sure that helped. Even so, I did not expect such a prompt response. Kyle was able to quickly diagnose the problem, pick up the repair part and make the repair. He was finished and gone by 5:30. He was very helpful and courteous.

This is the second time we have used Polar Plumbing. Both times have been excellent service. They are timely in returning calls, giving estimates and getting on the schedule. We had a mini split installed in our sunroom. Dan and Conner did a great job from install to clean up. I would highly recommend Polar Plumbing.

Kyle was quick to make it to our home and troubleshoot the issue and get us fixed with heat running again during the frigid temps!

Had someone here within two hours of reaching out. Both plumbers were super friendly and walked me step by step all options. Cost was presented with all options as well. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Jared is a good communicator and spent the time that was needed to ensure I understood the changes he made and anything to consider for future heating needs. I appreciate his willingness to take the extra time and his patience.

We had our service line break somewhere in our front yard. After checking in a local FB mom group, Polar Plumbing came highly recommended. Their customer service was excellent! They were great to communicate with - from the front desk to the plumbers themselves. Cory was the gentleman who came out to work on our issue and he was great! They replaced our service line and made sure everything was working before leaving. They even guarantee their work for 10 years. Highly recommend if you have any kind of plumbing issue! We did get a few quotes and felt like they do quality work for a great price!

They did a great job replacing my water heater. I was told that someone would be out between 8 and 10 am Monday to give me a quote. 2 guys were here by 8:30. They gave me options for what water heater I wanted. After I decided what I wanted, they were off to get parts. They were back in about 10 AM and were finished by 12:30. Everything is now up to code. Everyone I spoke with were polite and professional. Area was clean when they were done. PS they had to carry both the old and new water heaters down my long and snow covered driveway.

Polar Aire did an excellent job. I was able to get on the schedule right away. Jarod arrived at the time they had scheduled and also called to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived he put on shoe covers once he went into the house. He did a very good job explaining what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. He didn't try to push a lot of unneeded products or services. I had a lot of questions about our AC and also the furnace. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I am going to have him back out in the fall to look at the furnace. Jarod was very professional and has a ton of knowledge.
