The staff has been so professional and helpful along every step of the way. In true home project fashion, fixing one problem opened up another. Nicholas showed up with a smile and positive attitude each time he had to come out and help solve our plumbing issues. Between toilets and bathtubs backing up (and replacing pipes), a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and a dripping toilet, there wasn't anything they couldn't fix! They won't stop until they get it right, and they're not out to price gauge you along the way. I can't recommend them enough!!

Polar Plumbing was good experience right from the first call. Crystal helped get me a quote which helped. Then coordinated with Zach who had Tanner out the next day who was very prompt and courteous. Tanner proceeded to help me understand the extent of my plumbing problem. He then gave me very clear options and then executed on my chosen option immediately. Job well done. Will definitely use Polar for all plumbing needs in the future (hope i don't have any though!)

Our furnace was having an issue with maintaining proper heat levels. Called on a Sunday, expecting the call to go to a voice mail. The call was answered immediately. Received a return call from Jarod within minutes. Was at the house within an hour or so. He accurately diagnosed the problem, made an adjustment to the furnace. All is good!! Thank you for your professional service.

Called late Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get here the next morning and had water heater installed by the afternoon. This is the second emergency we had and they were there either that day or day after! Great guys and explained different options we had to choose from. Highly recommend!

Had to get my air conditioner fixed up, right in the middle of this rough heat. When the repairman, Kyle, came to fix it he got it done quick and easy. Cost a lot less than I had expected too, so I highly recommend this company.

Sydney & Zach are great! Needed proof for our city, that our backflow was inoperable. They were able to update the BSI online system. Thought I would get charged for service, but they did not charge because they did not turn on or fix anything. Most companies charge just to come out. Polar heating and air will always get my business.

Our old AC went out over the weekend during a heat wave. They came out on a Sunday, lent us a portable AC to get us through, and installed an entire new AC and furnace in less than 8 hours the following day. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thanks.

I submitted an online request - no, a PLEA! - for help getting the AC at my parents' house to bring the temperature down below 80°. Another company claims "response within hours"... Guess that thinking I would hear from them the same day was my bad, because they didn't really say how MANY hours. I messaged Polar Aire, and got a response within minutes! No kidding! They gave me a 2 hour service window for the following day, but I got a text message in the morning saying that Jared, the tech, was en route an hour sooner! Jared definitely "understood the assignment"! 😆 He completed the job so swiftly and professionally, he was respectful, and he paid great attention to avoid making any mess along the way - despite the fact that I told him there was no need to be concerned about it. The bottom line price was outstanding, and after Jared left, I realized that he had even brought my trash can up to the garage! I simply cannot express enough appreciation & gratitude to Jared, and to Polar Aire! Thank you so very much!

We were able to get an appointment right away and get a hot water heater installed. The technician showed up in the window time and called before arriving. We had hot water in no time.

Cannot thank Polar enough!! Needed emergency sump pump repair and the technician rushed out here, removed and replaced the pump and was up and running within the hour. Absolutely recommend!! Thank you Polar!

We had a sump pump issue, of course, in the middle of a rainstorm. Luckily, a friend suggested that I call Polar Plumbing. The representative immediately found a tech who would be available within a short period of time. I tried to soak up as much water as I could while I waited. The tech, Zak, arrived even sooner than anticipated. He switched out the sump pump and told us about their ongoing protection plan. We are very pleased. Two thumbs up for Polar Plumbing.

Zach and Gage did an amazing job running the gas line from my new meter to the pool heater. They did a great job getting it attached to the siding so it is not only functional but looks nice. They even finished in enough time to fix my shower leak. Double Bonus

They were very informative every step of the way and did a fantastic job! We had to have the entire sewer line replaced. They even went the extra mile while I mentioned it in jest, they remembered and after the job was done they knocked on the door and said which bushes were you talking about? They plucked out the evil Holly bushes from my front landscaping before they left!

Again Polar saved the day and the bank account! I can’t recommend Jarod and all of the guys at Polar enough. From plumbing issues to boiler issues and converting our broiler over to a gas furnace.
